A Subconscious Program is something we inherited or created. It could a life long habit or a belief ( often you are unaware of you own deep belief systems) If you feel stuck in one or more areas of your life, it’s because of a program you either inherited or adopted somewhere along the line.
You can change by creating a new better program for the subconscious by hypnosis and repetition techniques. You can change old beliefs, habits, behaviours that you have out grown and are no longer serving you.
